Our client is a large group of garden centres. They are currently seeking a horticultural focused retail manager to join one of their teams.

The role:
• Maintain all sundries areas. Including ordering and replenishment
• Responsibility for Staff Schedules
• Awareness of management information.
• Knowledge of our catering operation.
• Ability to cope under pressure.
• Awareness of Audit requirements.
• Driving sales and key targets
• Knowledge of Health & Safety
