Greycoat Placements specialises in the recruitment of all levels of horticultural staff for private households and estates. We place Head Gardeners, Sole Gardeners, Assistant Gardeners, Estate Managers - on a live in or daily basis. Our clients range from those with smaller urban gardens, right throught to large country households, private estates, gardens open to the public and stately homes.

We ideally seek qualified and/or experienced professional Gardeners for our wide selection of vacancies. Experience in a private household setting is preferred, usually with a minimum of two years private background, and a specialist area (organic management, glasshouse expert etc) is sometimes sought by certain clients. We hold a preliminary interview with all our candidates and will require checkable references, CV and work history.
